Usage
:User Instructions :
- Placement : Place the generator outdoors on a flat surface, away from windows and doors for ventilation.
- Fluids Check : Ensure the fuel tank is filled with fresh petrol and the engine oil is at the correct level (dipstick check).
- Preparation : Turn the fuel valve to the "ON" position and switch the choke lever to the "CLOSED" or "START" position.
- Starting : Grip the starter handle firmly and pull the rope briskly to start the engine.
- Stabilization : Once the engine is running smoothly (after a few seconds), move the choke lever to the "OPEN" or "RUN" position.
- Connect Load : Plug your appliances into the socket. Ensure the total load does not exceed 2800 Watts.
Maintenance :
- Oil Changes : Change the engine oil after the first 20 hours of use (break-in period), and then every 50-100 hours thereafter.
- Air Filter : Clean the foam air filter every 50 hours. If you are in a dusty environment, clean it more frequently to ensure air flow.
- Spark Plug : Inspect the spark plug every 100 hours. Clean carbon deposits or replace if the electrode is worn.
- Fuel Storage : Do not leave old fuel in the tank for more than 30 days. Use a fuel stabilizer or drain the tank if storing for long periods to prevent carburetor clogging.
- Regular Running : Run the generator for at least 30 minutes once a month to keep internal components lubricated and the battery (if applicable) charged.
