Usage
:User Instructions :
1. Oil Fill : Place the generator on a level surface. Unscrew the oil dipstick and fill with 600ml of 4-stroke engine oil (10W30 or 20W40).
2. Fuel Up : Fill the 9L tank with fresh petrol.
3. Connect Battery : Connect the positive and negative wires to the battery terminals for the electric start to work.
4. Start :
- Turn the fuel valve to "ON".
- Cold Start : Switch the Choke lever to "CLOSED/START". Press the Red Start Button. Once the engine fires, move the Choke to "OPEN/RUN".
- Warm Start : Keep Choke "OPEN" and press the start button.
5. Connect Load : Plug in your appliances into the AC 230V socket.
Maintenance :
- Oil Change : Change the engine oil after the first 20 hours of use (break-in period), and thereafter every 50-100 running hours.
- Air Filter : Check the sponge air filter every 50 hours. Wash it with soap water, dry it, and dip it in clean oil before reinstalling.
- Spark Plug : Inspect the spark plug every 6 months. Clean carbon deposits or replace if the electrode is worn.
- Storage : If not using for more than a month, drain the petrol from the carburetor and tank to prevent starting issues later.
