Usage
:User Instructions :
- Setup : Place the compactor on the soil surface. Ensure the electrical connection is grounded and stable (check voltage compatibility).
- Start : Switch on the Crompton motor. Allow it to reach full speed before engaging the ground fully.
- Operation : Grip the handle firmly. The vibration will move the machine forward; simply guide its direction. Do not push hard—let the weight do the work.
- Pattern : Move in overlapping rows (lengthwise and crosswise) to ensure uniform compaction of the area.
- Shutdown : Switch off the motor and unplug the power source after use.
Maintenance :
- Motor Care : Regularly blow out dust from the Crompton motor fan cover to prevent overheating.
- Bolt Check : The high vibration can loosen nuts. Tighten all engine and frame bolts before every use.
- Plate Inspection : Clean the base plate after use to prevent hardened mud buildup, which reduces effectiveness.
