Description
Designed for remote structural repairs and high-intensity metal fabrication, the Geenex GN-300 A is a heavy-duty, industrial-grade diesel welding generator. This behemoth can handle thick electrodes up to 6mm thanks to its outstanding welding current range of 75-300A, which is powered by a large 420CC diesel engine. In contrast to conventional welders, it also has a separate 2kVA DC auxiliary output that enables operators to power site lighting or heavy grinders at the same time. The GN-300 A is built into a reinforced steel roll cage and is intended to function in the harshest outdoor conditions where thick-gauge welding requires high amperage and dependability.
Features
:- Massive 300A Welding Current: Offers a broad adjustable range from 75A to 300A, enabling deep penetration on large plates and accuracy on thin sheets.
- Large Electrode Support: Specifically made to support heavy-duty electrodes up to 6 mm, making it perfect for repairing heavy machinery and structural steel.
- Dual-Output Utility: When the engine is operating, a 2kVA DC auxiliary output powers high-wattage site tools.
- High-Torque 420CC Diesel Engine: Even at the maximum amperage setting, the arc stays constant because to the engine's large displacement.
- Industrial Cooling Airflow: The machine maintains a high duty cycle without overheating thanks to a large cooling fan and unique engine fins.
- Ruggedized Construction: With a 15L high capacity gasoline tank for extended work shifts, it is housed in a vibration-resistant steel frame that has been powder-coated.
Applications
:- Welding large I-beams, trusses, and columns on building sites is known as structural engineering.
- Heavy machinery repair is the on-site upkeep of mining equipment, tractors, and excavators.
- Pipeline & Marine: Perfect for ship repair and remote pipe welding when high-amperage DC power is needed.
- Infrastructure projects include building bridges in remote locations and maintaining railroads.
Usage
:- Place the device on a level, sturdy surface with sufficient exhaust ventilation.
- Make sure the tank is full of premium diesel and check the engine oil.
- Attach the clamp and holder welding leads to the high-current terminals.
- Depending on the thickness of the material, choose the appropriate electrode and turn the current knob.
- To start the engine, turn the fuel valve to "ON" and firmly pull the recoil starter.
- Before making an arc, let the engine run for two minutes to steady the alternator.
- Before starting any work, put on protective gear and a professional welding helmet.
- When you're done, let the engine idle for three minutes so the internal parts can cool down before shutting it off.
