Usage
:User Instructions :
- Place & Check : Set the generator on a flat, stable outdoor surface. Check fuel and oil levels.
- Connect Leads : Securely connect your welding ground clamp and electrode holder to the terminals.
- Start Engine : Turn the fuel valve on, engage the choke, and pull the recoil starter grip firmly.
- Adjust Settings : Once the engine is running smoothly, set the desired welding current using the control dial.
- Operate : Perform your welding task. For auxiliary power, plug DC tools into the designated outlet.
- Shut Down : When finished, turn off the engine switch and close the fuel valve.
Maintenance :
- Oil : Check engine oil level before every use. Change oil after the first 20 hours, then every 100 hours.
- Air Filter : Clean or replace the air filter regularly, especially when working in dusty environments.
- Spark Plug : Inspect and clean the spark plug periodically; replace if fouled or worn.
- Fuel System : Use fresh fuel. Drain the tank and carburetor if storing the unit for an extended time.
- General Inspection : regularly check for loose nuts, bolts, and damaged welding cables. Keep the unit clean.
