Usage

User Instructions :

PPE is Vital : Wear waterproof electrical safety boots, rubber gloves, eye protection, and a hard hat.
Blade Inspection : Ensure the ring blade is properly seated in the drive wheel and guide rollers.
Water Supply : Connect the water hose. Warning: Never operate this machine dry; water cools the blade and lubricates the drive rollers.
Power Connection : Connect to a stable 220V power source capable of handling the high 8HP load.
Start Up : Turn on the water, grip handles firmly, and start the motor. Allow it to reach full 3000 RPM.
Cutting Technique : Enter the cut straight. Apply steady pressure but let the blade do the work. Do not twist the machine in the cut, as this can jam the ring.

Maintenance :

Drive Rollers : The drive wheel and support rollers are wear parts. Inspect them after every job and replace them if the blade starts slipping.
Cleaning : Thoroughly flush the machine with clean water after use to remove concrete slurry, which can cement the moving parts.
Blade Care : Check the 410mm ring blade for cracks or warping. A bent blade will destroy the drive mechanism.
Cord Safety : Regularly check the power cord for cuts, as wet cutting environments pose an electrical hazard if insulation is compromised.
