Description
An efficient and long-lasting non-electric water heating option is the Surya 300L Wood Fired Hot Water Boiler. This contemporary storage-type heater uses cutting-edge vertical tube technology to produce blazing hot water in as little as 4 to 10 minutes. The boiler has a 15-year lifespan thanks to its heavy-duty 8mm inner tank and 5mm outer tank, which were constructed using premium raw materials from JSW and Jindal. Because it works regardless of the weather and is extremely resistant to hard water, it is a perfect, affordable substitute for solar or electric heaters. This boiler provides a dependable and environmentally responsible method of handling large-capacity hot water requirements, whether for residential or commercial use.
Features
:- Ultra-Quick Heating: Reaches maximum capacity in 10 minutes and 60°C in just 4 minutes.
- Extended Heat Retention: For eight to ten hours, the water's temperature is maintained via superior insulation.
- No Electricity Needed: It runs completely on solid fuels, such as wood, charcoal, and agricultural waste, thus there are no ongoing electricity expenses.
- High-Pressure Resistance: It is compatible with multi-floor plumbing because it is made to withstand a working pressure of 10 kg/cm².
- Hard Water Optimized: This boiler does well in hard water settings without suffering major scale damage, in contrast to solar systems.
- Sturdy Construction: Made of heavy gauge steel (8 mm inner/5 mm exterior) with an interior coating that prevents rust.
- Therapeutic Benefits: By providing a steady stream of high-temperature water, it promotes muscle relaxation, stress reduction, and better sleep.
Applications
:- Domestic: Single-family residences and multi-story bungalows.
- Resorts, hotels, guest houses, and lodges are examples of hospitality.
- Clinics and hospitals provide healthcare.
- Education: Hostels in schools and colleges.
- Poultry and dairy farms are examples of the agro-industry.
Usage
:- Fuel Compatibility: For optimal results, use dry wood, charcoal, coconut shells, kernels, or agricultural waste.
- External Maintenance: Do not store soap, shampoo, or detergents on top of the boiler; instead, keep the boiler's exterior dry.
- Plumbing Safety: Make sure there are no leaks in any pipe connections. Installing a Non-Return Valve (NRV) is not recommended.
- Ash Removal: To keep airflow for effective combustion, clean the gray ash drawer on a regular basis.
- Exhaust Cleaning: To avoid dust buildup and preserve heating speed, clean the 10-foot exhaust pipe on a regular basis.
- Tank hygiene: Flush the tank right away to get rid of sediment or bacterial growth if the water starts to smell or appear rusty.
- Material Warning: Avoid connecting plastic pipes directly to the boiler.
