Usage
:User Instructions :
1. Chain Tension : Before plugging in, ensure the diamond chain is correctly tensioned on the guide bar. It should be snug but able to be pulled around the bar by hand.
2. Water Supply : Crucial: Connect a water hose to the saw. Diamond chains require water for cooling and lubrication. Never run dry.
3. Safety Gear : Wear waterproof gloves, safety goggles, face shield, and rubber boots.
4. Start : Grip both handles firmly. Squeeze the trigger and allow the chain to reach full speed.
5. Plunge : If starting a new cut, angle the bar slightly and slowly plunge into the wall. Once deep enough, straighten the saw.
6. Cutting : Apply steady pressure. Use the "wall walker" (leverage point) if equipped, to lever the saw into the cut rather than pushing with your arms.
Maintenance :
- Clean After Use : Concrete slurry hardens like rock. Wash the entire machine, bar, and chain with water immediately after use.
- Flip the Bar : Periodically flip the guide bar over to ensure even wear on the rails, extending its life.
- Sprocket Check : Inspect the drive sprocket for wear. A worn sprocket will ruin a new chain quickly.
- Chain Tension : New chains stretch ("break-in") quickly. Check and retighten the tension frequently during the first few cuts.
- Carbon Brushes : Check the motor's carbon brushes regularly and replace them if worn to maintain the 3200W power output.
