Description
The X Machine 325A IGBT Single & Double Phase Arc Welding Machine (MMA 325 II) features a 325A output, supports 220/380V input. Utilizing IGBT technology, it ensures efficient, stable welding for steel and stainless steel. It is compact, reliable, and suitable for both industrial and professional welding applications
Features
:- IGBT Inverter Technology : Delivers a stable, smooth, and controllable arc for premium weld quality while making the machine lightweight and highly energy-efficient.
- Massive 325A Power : Handles the toughest industrial jobs with thick materials and allows the use of large-diameter electrodes for high-production welding.
- Dual Voltage (220V/380V) : Exceptional versatility! Easily plug into standard shop power (220V) or heavy industrial power (380V) without needing a separate machine.
- Built-in VRD Safety : The Voltage Reduction Device dramatically lowers the output voltage when the machine is idle, offering maximum protection against electric shock, especially in wet or hazardous environments.
- Anti Stick Function : Prevents electrodes from sticking to the workpiece, reducing frustration and allowing for quick, easy arc re-striking to keep your project moving.
Applications
:- Heavy Industrial Fabrication : Ideal for structural steel, heavy machinery, and tank construction.
- Shipbuilding and Offshore : High-duty cycle performance required for marine environments.
- Construction and Infrastructure : Perfect for welding beams, pipelines, and site maintenance.
- Professional Repair : Handles high-volume, continuous maintenance and repair tasks in workshops.
Usage
:Usage Guidance (How to use) :
- Select Voltage : Confirm the input power source (220V or 380V) and connect the appropriate plug.
- Ground Clamp : Attach the ground clamp firmly to the clean, bare metal of the workpiece to ensure a stable circuit.
- Set Current : Dial in the Amperage (Amp) based on the electrode diameter and material thickness (a chart is usually provided on the electrode packaging).
- Weld : Hold the electrode holder and strike the arc by lightly tapping or scratching the electrode against the workpiece. Maintain a steady arc length and travel speed.
- Activate VRD : Ensure the VRD switch is ON (if provided) for enhanced safety, especially in damp conditions.
Maintenance Guidance :
- Cleanliness is Key : Regularly use a clean, dry air compressor to blow dust and metal particles out of the machine's cooling vents to prevent overheating.
- Cable Check : Inspect welding cables, connections, and the electrode holder frequently for wear, cuts, or loose fittings. Replace damaged components immediately.
- Storage : Store the welder in a clean, dry, and cool environment when not in use.
- Electrode Moisture : Store welding electrodes according to manufacturer specifications (often in a drying oven) to maintain weld quality.
