Features
:- High Power 200° Copper Motor
- Alluminium Motor Housing
- Harden Shaft and Gear
- Suitable up to 3m x 35 mm Shaft
Applications
:- Commercial Slabs : Efficiently consolidating concrete in larger floor and roof slabs.
- Thick Columns and Shear Walls : Ensuring dense, uniform compaction in high-volume vertical structures.
- Foundations and Footings : Removing trapped air for a strong and durable base.
- Bridge Decks and Civil Infrastructure : Suitable for professional, continuous concrete placement.
Usage
:User Instructions :
- Assembly : Securely attach the flexible shaft and the 35mm poker head to the motor unit. Ensure all connections are tight.
- Activation : Turn the unit ON and immerse the running vibrator head vertically into the freshly poured concrete.
- Vibration Technique : Allow the vibrator to penetrate quickly and hold it in place until air bubbles cease to rise (typically 5 to 10 seconds).
- Extraction : Withdraw the head slowly to allow the concrete to fill the void. Overlap the areas in a systematic grid pattern. Never touch the rebar with the running needle unnecessarily.
Maintenance :
- Immediate Cleaning : Remove all wet and hardened concrete from the needle and shaft after every use to prevent mechanical damage.
- Flexible Shaft Care : Inspect the shaft for kinks or damage. Check and periodically grease the coupling connections as per manufacturer guidelines.
- Motor Ventilation : Keep the motor casing, especially the air vents, clean and free of concrete dust and debris to prevent overheating.
- Brush and Cable Check : Monitor the condition of the motor's carbon brushes and inspect the power cable for any cuts or abrasions regularly.
- Dry Storage : Store the unit in a clean, dry location, avoiding dampness that can affect the electrical components.
