Usage
:User Instructions :
- Preparation : Ensure the needle is securely attached to the motor unit and the power source is correct (220V).
- Insertion : Switch the vibrator ON and gently insert the vibrating needle vertically into the freshly poured concrete.
- Vibration : Allow the needle to penetrate quickly to the full depth of the concrete layer or the previously vibrated layer.
- Air Removal : Hold the needle in place until air bubbles cease to rise to the surface (usually 5 to 15 seconds).
- Withdrawal : Slowly withdraw the needle, ensuring the hole closes naturally. Reinsert at slightly overlapping intervals (about 1.5 times the radius of influence) to cover the entire area.
Maintenance :
- Cleaning : After each use, thoroughly clean the vibrating needle and the motor housing to remove any adhering concrete residue. Do not use water directly on the motor.
- Shaft Inspection : Regularly inspect the flexible shaft for kinks, damage, or wear to prevent internal friction and breakage.
- Lubrication : Consult the manual to determine if the flexible shaft requires periodic greasing (typically once every few months of regular use).
- Storage : Store the vibrator in a clean, dry location, preferably with the shaft coiled loosely or hanging straight to avoid permanent bends.
- Carbon Brushes : Monitor the motor's carbon brushes (if applicable) and replace them when worn to maintain peak 800W performance.
