Usage
:User Instructions :
- Safety Prep : Always wear heavy-duty gloves, safety goggles, ear protection, and a high-quality dust mask.
- Blade Setup : Unplug the tool. Install the desired number of blades (up to 7) and adjust the spacers between them to set the cutting width. Ensure flanges are tight.
- Depth Adjustment : Set the depth gauge on the machine to the required dimensions (between 20-42mm).
- Operation : Hold the machine firmly with both handles. Turn it on and let it reach full speed. Slowly plunge the blades into the wall, then push the machine forward steadily along your marked line.
- Finishing : Once the groove is cut, release the trigger, wait for blades to stop completely, and remove from the wall.
Maintenance :
- Dust Management : This tool generates significant dust. After every use, use compressed air to thoroughly blow dust out of motor vents, switches, and the blade guard to prevent overheating.
- Blade Inspection : Check the 133mm diamond blades regularly for wear. Replace dull or damaged blades to avoid overloading the motor.
- Check Fasteners : Due to vibration during use, regularly ensure the blade nut and all housing screws are securely tightened.
- Carbon Brushes : Periodically inspect motor carbon brushes and replace them when worn to maintain optimum performance.
