Applications
:- Road Construction : Cutting asphalt for road patches and utility access.
- Structural Demolition : Sectioning concrete walls and floors for removal.
- Flooring : Creating expansion joints in large concrete surface areas.
- Hardscaping : Cutting paving stones, curbstones, and large masonry blocks.
Usage
:User Instructions :
- Preparation : Equip yourself with safety goggles, a dust mask, heavy gloves, and steel-toe boots.
- Blade Mounting : Unplug the tool. Remove the flange, install a 355mm diamond blade ensuring the arrow matches the rotation direction, and tighten securely.
- Positioning : Mark your cut line. Position the machine so the blade is aligned but not touching the surface.
- Starting : Grip handles firmly. Start the machine and let it reach full 4300 RPM.
- Cutting : Slowly lower the blade into the material. Use the machine's weight (17 kg) to help maintain pressure, but do not force it. Move forward steadily.
Maintenance :
- Air Vents : Blow compressed air through the motor vents after every single use to prevent dust accumulation inside the armature.
- Carbon Brushes : Check brushes regularly. Since this is a high-power 2.8 KW tool, brushes wear faster and must be replaced before they damage the commutator.
- Blade Inspection : Inspect the diamond blade for cracks, missing teeth, or warping before use. A damaged blade is dangerous.
- Cord Check : Inspect the heavy-duty power cord for cuts or exposed wires, common on rough construction sites.
