These 36T Heavy-Duty Hub Motor Gears are necessary replacement parts made for electric bikes and scooters with high-torque planetary gear systems. Usage
:- To reach the planetary gear assembly, disassemble the hub motor shell using the proper tools.
- Take off the worn-out, outdated, or stripped gears from the gear carrier plate.
- Make sure the internal motor region is clean and free of any debris or old grease.
- Make that the new 36T Iron Bearing Gears are placed flush by pressing them into the shafts.
- Apply a thick layer of premium synthetic or lithium-based gear oil on the teeth.
- Before the motor is fully operational, reassemble it and check for smooth rotation.
