The Vi-Power Gold Heavy Duty Diamond Core Drill Machine is an ultra-high-power, industrial-grade core drilling device designed to make clean, quick, and deep cylindrical penetrations through resistant masonry, stone, asphalt, brick, and reinforced concrete. This precise tool, which is powered by a large 3900 Watt high-torque motor running at a stabilized load speed of 650 RPM, manages difficult core-cutting jobs with very little mechanical drag. A heavy-duty mechanical column drill stand with sturdy rack-and-pinion sliding gear tracks complements the entire turnkey configuration, enabling flawless perpendicular tracking and smooth vertical feed movement.

- Precision Metal Gear Enclosure: To optimize transmission efficiency and preserve internal alignment under high heat loads, hardened steel gear assemblies are safely enclosed.

Usage
:- To avoid moving while in use, place the core drill stand base securely on a level concrete floor pattern and secure it firmly using structural drop-in expansion fasteners.
- Make sure the safety alignment locks are firmly in place before mounting the 3900W Vi-Power Gold drill body into the sliding mounting carriage.
- Using an industrial wrench tool, tighten the corresponding threads after threading a suitable 1 ¼" UNC diamond core bit (not included) into the hardened steel spindle shaft.
- To start a constant water flow across the cutting face, connect your fluid delivery hose to the solid brass water nozzle valve and open the tap line.
