Description
The Kisan KSSWP - 300T is a high-performance, heavy-duty sewage submersible pump designed to seamlessly manage municipal, residential, and industrial wastewater challenges. Engineered with a robust cast iron body and a specialized vortex-type cast iron impeller, this pump provides superior resilience against clog-prone solid debris up to 20 mm in size. Powering the system is an oil-filled induction motor generating 3 HP (2.2 kW) of operational force at a rated speed of 2800 RPM. This unit features flexibility across single-phase or three-phase power supplies, integrated with a secure double mechanical seal composed of silicon carbide and carbon ceramic to prevent fluid ingress. Offering continuous operation (S1 duty type) with a highly reliable Class F insulation and IP68 protection class, it smoothly moves fluid at a maximum flow rate of 650 LPM and manages a vertical head up to 18 meters.

Usage
:- Submersion Requirements: Always submerge the pump completely into the fluid to guarantee normal water cooling during operations; do not run dry.
- Voltage Alignment: Verify that your local current aligns safely with the designated single-phase (160–250 V) or three-phase (380–415 V) limits before booting up.
- Solid Particle Sizing: Ensure that the input fluid lacks dense structural debris exceeding the maximum 20 mm solid handling parameter to shield internal systems from damage.
- Temperature Thresholds: Do not operate the pump in thermal liquids or industrial runoff exceeding a maximum liquid temperature of 40°C.
- Secure Suspension: Lower or hang the machine using a reliable dedicated lifting cable; never drag, hang, or strain the pump using its electrical power cable.
Maintenance
:- Regular Structural Inspections: Regularly check the cast iron pump body, inlet screen, and suction passage for accumulated foreign matter or blocking threads.
- Seal and Oil Audits: Periodically examine the internal oil state inside the motor compartment to ensure the dual silicon carbide / carbon ceramic mechanical seal has not degraded.
- Insulation Inspections: Routinely audit the electrical insulation resistance along with the integrated 8–10 meter cable line to eliminate frayed wiring paths.
- Impeller Clearance Checks: Manually spin and inspect the vortex cast iron impeller for scoring, physical erosion, or tangled hair and rags that decrease flow rates.
- Storage Procedures: If withdrawing the device for seasonal storage, wash off chemical residue, clear the internal chamber, dry thoroughly, and store it upright in a dry area.
