Usage
:User Instructions :
- Check Fluids : Ensure the engine has the correct levels of petrol and engine oil.
- Connect Needle : Securely attach the 4-meter vibrator needle to the engine output shaft.
- Start Engine : Turn the fuel switch on, set the choke, and pull the recoil starter cord firmly.
- Insertion : Vertically insert the needle into the wet concrete at regular intervals.
- Operation : Hold for 5–15 seconds until the surface appears shiny and air bubbles stop rising.
Maintenance :
- Needle Care : Clean the needle head thoroughly with water immediately after every use to prevent concrete buildup.
- Engine Oil : Change the engine oil after the first 20 hours of use and then every 100 hours.
- Air Filter : Clean the air filter regularly, especially in dusty construction sites.
- Storage : Store in a dry, covered area and drain the fuel if the machine will be idle for more than 30 days.
