Engineered from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) fibers using DuPont’s proprietary flash-spun Tyvek® technology, it strikes an optimal balance between protection, breathability, and durability. Its ergonomic comfort-fit design ensures maximum mobility without compromising coverage. Features like an integrated respirator-fit hood, storm-flap-covered full-length zipper, and elasticated wrists, ankles, and waist ensure a tight seal against contaminants while keeping lint low in sensitive cleanroom environments.

Usage

Inspection: Before donning, inspect the coverall for any tears, open seams, or defects.
Prep: Remove any shoes or boots (if necessary), personal items, and jewelry that could snag the material.
Donning Feet & Legs: Unzip the garment fully and carefully step into the pant legs, pulling the elastic ankles down over your boots or socks.
Donning Arms & Body: Insert your arms through the sleeves, making sure the elasticated wrists sit comfortably on your wrists.
Zip & Seal: Pull the coverall up over your shoulders, pull up the hood over your mask/head, and fully zip the front zipper while pressing down the protective storm flap.
Adjustment: Ensure full range of motion by bending, stretching, and squatting slightly to check for pull or discomfort.
Doffing: Discard properly after exposure to hazardous materials by rolling the suit inside-out away from your body to prevent self-contamination.
