Description
The SGW 405 mm 3200 W 3500RPM Concrete Cutter (S-2130) is a heavy-duty, electric concrete cutter featuring a robust 3200W motor and supporting blades from 230mm to 405mm. It offers reliable, efficient cutting for construction tasks, ergonomic handle design for precision, and operates at 3500 RPM, making it ideal for demanding concrete cutting applications
Features
:- 3200W motor for efficient, reliable cutting.
- Supports 230mm to 405mm blades for various applications. Cuts up to 160mm for robust tasks.
- Ergonomic handle design for precision handling.
- Soft start and overload protection for safe operation.
- Six detachable rollers for square, accurate cuts.
Applications
:- Deep Structural Cutting : Ideal for cutting through thick concrete foundations and pillars using the max 405mm blade.
- Roadwork : Cutting asphalt for utility trenches and pothole repairs.
- Renovation : Precise cutting of door and window openings in masonry walls.
- Flooring : Creating expansion joints or removing sections of damaged concrete floors.
Usage
:User Instructions :
- Select Blade : Choose the appropriate blade size (between 230mm and 405mm) for your desired depth.
- Mounting : Unplug the machine. Remove the flange, seat the blade correctly on the arbor (checking rotation arrows), and tighten the bolt securely.
- Safety Gear : Essential PPE includes hearing protection, safety goggles, a dust mask, and heavy gloves.
- Operation : Connect to power. Hold the handle firmly. Trigger the switch and allow the motor to reach full 3500 RPM speed.
- Cutting : Introduce the blade to the material slowly. Because this is a high-torque/lower-RPM machine, apply steady forward pressure without forcing the blade to stall.
Maintenance :
- Motor Cooling : Concrete dust causes overheating. Clean the air intake vents with compressed air after every use.
- Carbon Brushes : Inspect carbon brushes regularly. For a 3200W motor, worn brushes can cause sparking and power loss—replace them promptly.
- Flange Care : Ensure the mounting flanges are clean and free of grit before changing blades to prevent blade wobble.
- Cord Inspection : Regularly check the double-insulated power cord for cuts or damage to maintain electrical safety.
