Usage

User Instructions :

1. Fuel Preparation : Fill the tank with the correct fuel mixture (Refer to the manual for the specific petrol-to-oil ratio, as 52CC engines are typically 2-stroke).

2. Mount the Blade : Securely attach the 405mm diamond blade or abrasive wheel, ensuring the flange is tight.

3. Start the Engine : Prime the fuel bulb, set the choke to "Start," and pull the recoil starter cord firmly. Once the engine fires, move the choke to "Run."

4. Position : Grip both handles firmly. Bring the blade up to full speed before contacting the material.

5. Cut : Lower the blade gently. Use a back-and-forth sawing motion if necessary. Tip: If available, use a water feed to suppress dust and cool the blade.

6. Stop : Release the throttle to return to idle, then turn the ignition switch to "OFF."

Maintenance :

Air Filter : This is the most critical step. Clean the air filter after every use. Concrete dust can clog the filter and destroy the engine cylinder quickly.
Fuel Care : Do not leave fuel in the tank for more than 30 days. Old fuel can gum up the carburetor. Drain the tank if storing for long periods.
Spark Plug : Check and clean the spark plug periodically. Replace it if the electrode is burnt or fouled.
Blade Inspection : Inspect the blade for cracks or missing diamond segments. A damaged spinning blade is extremely dangerous.
Vibration Check : Gas saws vibrate heavily. Regularly check and tighten all visible screws and bolts to prevent parts from rattling loose.
