Description
A highly effective and environmentally friendly residential water heating option, the Surya 40L Wood Fired Hot Water Boiler produces blazing hot water at almost no running costs. This boiler has a contemporary vertical tubular design and 50mm high-density glass wool insulation for optimal heat retention. It is built utilizing superior JSW and Jindal hot roll plates. It is a completely safe, non-electric substitute for geysers since it runs solely on biomass fuels like wood pellets, charcoal, and agricultural waste. It provides enough hot water for up to four people in a single heating cycle, and its small size and mirror-polished stainless steel finish make it an attractive and useful addition to any house.
Features
:- Extremely Quick Heating: only takes only 15 minutes to reach 60°C, and only takes 10 minutes to get hot water.
- Superior Insulation: Up to eight hours of heat retention are guaranteed by the 50mm glass wool insulation.
- High Durability: For ultimate safety, tested at 7.5 kg air pressure and able to withstand up to 10 kg/cm².
- Hard Water Friendly: Designed to function consistently in regions where the water contains a lot of salt or minerals.
- Multi-Floor Support: Offers hot water to several storeys without the need for electricity (EB).
- Eco-Friendly: Solves domestic trash disposal issues and uses sustainable biomass to lessen carbon impact.
- Rust Protection: For a potential 15-year lifespan, the internal tank has a specific rust-proof coating.
Applications
:- Domestic Households: Perfect for households with three to four people.
- Schools and hostels are examples of small educational units.
- Healthcare: Nursing homes or small clinics.
- Small-scale dairy and poultry farms are examples of agro-business.
- Small hotels or guest houses are examples of hospitality.
Usage
:- Use charcoal, wood pellets, or dry wood waste as fuel. Fuel costs are zero when household waste is used.
- Installing a non-return valve (NRV) is not recommended for plumbing safety. Avoid using plastic piping at the boiler interface and make sure all connections are leak-free.
- Ash Disposal: To guarantee effective combustion, clean the casting fire bar on a regular basis and empty the gray drawer.
- Exhaust Maintenance: To sustain heating speed, clean the 8-foot exhaust pipe on a regular basis to get rid of dust and soot buildup.
- External Maintenance: Make sure the boiler is dry. Shampoos, soaps, and plastics should not be placed on top of the boiler since the surface produces heat.
- Tank hygiene: Flush the tank right away to revitalize the system if the water smells "off," which is a sign of bacterial growth.
