The Total TGSLI401682 is a heavy-duty 40V (20V + 20V) brushless cordless chainsaw designed for timber cutting, tree pruning, log bucking, and site clearing tasks. Powered by an advanced 40V brushless motor system, it drives a 16-inch (40 cm) guide bar and saw chain at a high chain speed of 14.5 m/s for fast, clean wood cutting. Equipped with safety and convenience features, it incorporates a quick chain brake function for immediate user safety and an auto lubrication system to keep the bar and chain smoothly oiled during continuous operation. The complete kit comes supplied with two 4.0Ah 20V battery packs, a dual-port fast charger (TCLI2034E), a 16" chain saw bar, and a matching 16" chain, all packaged inside a color box.

Usage

Oil & Chain Assembly: Mount the 16" guide bar and chain onto the drive sprocket, tension correctly, and fill the reservoir with bar oil for auto lubrication.
Battery Setup: Insert two fully charged Total 20V 4.0Ah batteries into the dual battery slots on the chainsaw housing.
Safety Inspection: Release the quick chain brake handguard into the active run position before pulling the switch.
Operation: Grip both handles firmly, press the safety lock button, and depress the variable speed trigger to cut timber using a steady downwards pressure.
Post-Use Storage: Engage the chain brake, remove both batteries, clean sawdust from around the sprocket cover, and store in a safe, dry location.
