The Total TIWLI42602 is a heavy-duty 42V brushless cordless impact wrench engineered for high-torque automotive servicing, mechanical assembly, and industrial bolting applications. Powered by an advanced 42V brushless motor, it features a 3-speed electronic selector delivering no-load speeds up to 2,300 RPM and impact rates up to 3,300 BPM. Designed with a standard 1/2" square drive, this tool generates an impressive 600 Nm of fastening torque and a massive 750 Nm of nut-busting torque to loosen rusted, stubborn wheel lugs and chassis bolts effortless. An integrated LED work light illuminates dark working areas, while the ergonomically balanced housing ensures maximum comfort during continuous operation. The complete kit comes supplied with two 42V battery packs, a fast charger, 7 impact sockets, a 1/2" square to 1/4" hex adapter, 2 screwdriver bits, a belt clip, and a hard carrying case.

Usage

Socket Attachment: Snap the required impact socket (14mm to 24mm) onto the 1/2" square drive anvil until firmly seated on the friction ring.
Hex Adapter Setup: For screwdriving, insert the 1/2" to 1/4" hex adapter onto the anvil, then lock in your desired screwdriver bit.
Battery Insertion: Slide a charged 42V battery pack into the base of the impact wrench handle until locked in place.
Operation & Speed Selection: Select the desired speed mode on the electronic panel, pull the variable speed trigger, and allow the impact mechanism to drive or loosen fasteners.
Post-Work Care: Disconnect the battery pack after operation, clean oil and grease off the socket retaining ring, and store all accessories inside the carrying case.
