Usage
:User Instructions :
- Secure Connection : Attach the flexible shaft securely to the power unit (motor/engine).
- Immersion : Switch on the motor and slowly insert the needle vertically into the wet concrete, ensuring it penetrates deep into the pour.
- Withdrawal : Allow the needle to vibrate until air bubbles stop rising (typically 5 to 15 seconds). Slowly withdraw the needle at a rate of approximately 1 inch per second.
- Overlap : Reinsert the needle, overlapping the previous compaction radius to ensure uniform density throughout the pour.
Maintenance :
- Cleaning : Immediately after use, clean the vibrator needle head with water to remove all concrete residue before it hardens.
- Shaft Inspection : Regularly check the flexible outer sheath for cracks or damage, especially along the 6-meter length. Replace the shaft if the protective covering is compromised.
- Lubrication : Consult the motor unit manual for any specific lubrication requirements for the connecting end of the flexible shaft.
- Storage : Store the 6M shaft coiled loosely and hung, or laid flat in a dry, covered area to prevent kinking or damage to the internal wire core.
