Usage
:- Unscrew the main red steel barrel from the die-cast head assembly by turning it counterclockwise.
- Pull back the rear follower rod completely using the T-handle loop until the internal piston locks into place at the base of the cylinder barrel.
- Insert a standard 450cc grease cartridge or pack bulk grease into the open barrel space, ensuring any air voids are eliminated.
- Thread the die-cast head securely back onto the loaded barrel, tightening it firmly clockwise to compress the mechanical assembly seal.
- Press the integrated air release valve at the top of the die-cast head while releasing the follower rod hook to push out any trapped air pocket pockets.
- Snap the grease gun coupler nozzle squarely onto the target machinery grease nipple and pump the black grip operating lever steadily to feed grease.
