Usage
:- Step 1: Disconnect the electric vehicle’s primary circuit breaker or isolate the main battery plug before starting any electrical installation.
- Step 2: Position the mounting flanges of the NY Plus MD-10 converter onto a clean, flat metallic area of the vehicle frame that receives adequate ventilation.
- Step 3: Secure the module tightly to the chassis frame using self-tapping screws through the pre-cut side mounting loops.
- Step 4: Splice or plug the connector cables following the designated pinout scheme: connect the Red line to the positive battery source line, guide the Black line to the negative terminal block, and route the Yellow line to the 12V accessory feed panel.
- Step 5: Wrap any raw wire joints with heavy-duty heat-shrink insulation tubing to isolate the electrical contacts from rain, dust, and structural vibration.
- Step 6: Re-engage the main battery isolation switch, switch on the vehicle key ignition, and test the functionality of your 12V accessories to ensure a flicker-free current output.
