The Yuri 5-inch T.C.T. Saw Blade is a professional-grade cutting tool optimized for speed and resilience in woodworking. Its core feature is the Tungsten Carbide Tips (T.C.T.), which are extremely hard and heat-resistant, giving the blade an extended working life compared to standard steel blades. The 30-tooth configuration is specifically chosen for fast ripping and general cross-cutting of thicker wood, where quick material removal is prioritized over a super fine finish. The 5-inch diameter is well-suited for a variety of compact circular saws, while the substantial 20mm thickness (kerf) provides excellent blade stability, minimizing vibration and improving control during demanding cuts. Purchasing this blade in a bulk pack of 100 offers significant value and ensures continuous, reliable operation for high-volume users.
Features
:Tungsten Carbide Tipped (T.C.T.): Provides superior hardness and wear resistance for maximum blade life.
Optimal Speed (30T): Lower tooth count is designed for fast, efficient ripping and quick general-purpose cuts.
High Stability: The 20mm blade thickness ensures excellent rigidity, reducing wobble and improving accuracy.
Compact Size: 5-inch diameter is perfect for many handheld and specialized trimming circular saws.
Bulk Value: Convenient pack of 100 blades for cost-effective commercial and industrial use.
Applications
:Ripping Wood: Excellent for cutting wood along the grain where speed is essential.
Framing & Construction: General-purpose cutting of lumber and structural timber on job sites.
Plywood & Sheathing: Suitable for fast cuts on standard plywood and OSB.
Thick Materials: The aggressive 30T profile handles thicker wood pieces effectively.
MaintenanceCleaning: Use a dedicated saw blade cleaner to remove pitch and resin buildup, which otherwise causes friction and reduces cut quality.
Inspection: Regularly examine the blade for broken, cracked, or dull carbide tips. Replace the blade immediately if any damage is found to maintain safety and performance.
Storage: Store the blades in a dry environment, laid flat or hung properly, to prevent rust and damage to the sensitive tips.
Fitting GuidanceSafety Disconnect: Unplug the tool (or remove the battery).
Access: Press and hold the spindle lock button on the saw.
Removal (Old Blade): Use the wrench to loosen and remove the arbor nut (typically reverse-threaded) and the old blade.
Installation (New Blade): Place the new 5-inch Yuri blade onto the arbor. Crucially, align the rotation arrow with the arrow on your saw's guard. Check if a reducer ring is needed for the 20mm thickness/bore.
Secure: Re-install the washer and nut. Tighten firmly using the spindle lock, but do not overtighten.
Test Run: Plug the saw back in and run it idle for a moment to ensure it spins freely without wobble before cutting wood.
NOTE:
- The cutting teeths of the saw is made from Tungsten Carbide, which is a composite material that is much harder and more durable than standard Steel.
- The given weight has been updated as per 1 pc saw.
Usage
:Safety Check: Ensure the saw is unplugged/battery removed. Wear safety glasses and hearing protection.
Mounting: Install the blade, confirming the rotation arrow on the blade aligns with the direction of the saw's spin.
Depth & Material: Set the blade depth to just clear the bottom of the material. Securely clamp the wood to prevent movement.
Cutting: Start the saw away from the material and allow it to reach full speed. Push the saw through the wood with a firm, steady feed rate, letting the T.C.T. tips do the work.
