Description
Myk Laticrete SP-100 in Parchment is a premium, three-component epoxy grout designed specifically for high-end floor and wall installations. This 5kg kit provides a sophisticated, creamy off-white finish that blends perfectly with light-colored marble, travertine, and vitrified tiles. Formulated to be 100% stain-free and waterproof, it ensures your tile joints remain pristine and easy to clean, even in high-moisture areas.

Usage
:User Instructions :
- Preparation : Clean joints thoroughly. Ensure the surface is dry to prevent bonding issues.
- Mixing : Mix Part A (Resin) and Part B (Hardener) in a clean container. Gradually add the Part C (Parchment) powder until a uniform, paste-like consistency is achieved.
- Application : Using a grout float, press the paste firmly into the joints at a 45° angle.
- Initial Cleaning : After 30 minutes, use a damp (not dripping) sponge to remove excess grout.
- Final Polish : After 24 hours, the surface can be cleaned with water to remove any slight residue.
Maintenance :
- Clean regularly with a mild detergent and a soft sponge.
- Avoid using steel wool or highly abrasive pads that might scratch the tile surface.
- For persistent surface dirt, a neutral pH tile cleaner is recommended to keep the Parchment color bright.
