Description
The Turtle Gold ST-955S 50 mm Electric Concrete Vibrator delivers powerful 2000W performance with 4800 RPM, ensuring efficient air bubble removal and smooth concrete finishing. Ideal for construction and industrial use, it features a durable build and ergonomic design for easy handling. Perfect for compacting concrete in columns, beams, and slabs with professional-grade reliability and speed.
Features
:- 200° Copper Strong Power Motor
- Alluminium Motor Housing
- High Tensile Gears
- Suitable up to 4m x 50 mm Shaft Special
Applications
:- Large Foundations : Ideal for deep footings and raft foundations requiring deep penetration.
- Retaining Walls & Dams : Essential for mass concrete structures where high density is critical.
- Heavy Commercial Slabs : Perfect for warehouses and industrial floors.
- Civil Infrastructure : Used in bridge piers and pillars with wider rebar spacing.
Usage
:User Instructions :
- Setup : Connect the heavy-duty flexible shaft and the 50mm poker head to the 2000W motor unit securely.
- Insertion : Switch the machine ON and insert the head vertically and quickly into the concrete to the bottom of the lift.
- Compaction : Hold steady for 5-15 seconds. The 50mm head treats a larger radius, so spacing between insertions can be slightly wider (approx. 8-10 times the tube diameter).
- Removal : Withdraw the poker slowly (about 3 inches per second) to allow concrete to flow back into the hole and prevent cavities.
Maintenance :
- Clean Immediately : The 50mm head collects more concrete; wash the head and shaft thoroughly immediately after use to prevent hardening.
- Ventilation Check : The 2000W motor generates heat; ensure air vents are never blocked by dried concrete or dirt.
- Shaft Greasing : Apply grease to the flexible shaft core regularly (every 50-100 hours of use) to reduce friction and heat.
- Carbon Brushes : This is a high-power motor; inspect carbon brushes frequently and replace them if worn to spark-free levels.
- Connection Check : Ensure the motor-to-shaft coupling remains tight and thread-damage free.
