Description
The Turtle Gold 50 mm 2200 W Electric Concrete Vibrator (ST-957S) delivers powerful performance at 5000 RPM for efficient concrete compaction. Designed with a 50 mm needle, it ensures smooth, bubble-free concrete surfaces. Its robust 2200 W motor enhances durability and productivity, making it ideal for construction projects requiring high-performance equipment to achieve strong, even, and long-lasting concrete structures.
Features
:- Double Insulated 220° Copper Motor
- Belt Design, Easy to Operate
- High Tensile Gear Set
- Machine Power Can Support up to 6 Meter Shaft
Applications
:- Building Foundations : ensuring solid, void-free bases for residential and commercial structures.
- Structural Columns & Beams : Vital for vertical pours where density is critical for load-bearing capacity.
- Retaining Walls : Used to consolidate concrete in formed walls for smooth finishes.
- Bridge Decks & Piers : Suitable for civil engineering projects requiring reliable compaction.
Usage
:User Instructions :
- Assembly : Securely connect the flexible shaft (if separate) and the 50mm vibrating head to the 2200W motor unit.
- Vertical Insertion : Turn the machine ON and insert the head vertically into the concrete mix. Do not force it; let it sink under its own weight.
- Compaction : Hold the vibrator stationary for 5-15 seconds until the surface becomes glistening and air bubbles stop rising.
- Slow Withdrawal : Remove the head slowly (up and down motion) to ensure the concrete flows back to fill the hole left by the vibrator.
Maintenance :
- Clean After Every Use : Wash the vibrating head and shaft immediately with water to remove wet concrete. Dried concrete can cause imbalance and overheating.
- Check Motor Vents : Ensure the air intake vents on the 2200W motor are clear of dust and debris to maintain proper cooling.
- Lubrication : Periodically grease the inner core of the flexible shaft to reduce friction and wear.
- Inspect Connections : Regularly check the screw threads and couplings for tightness to prevent power loss or mechanical failure.
- Carbon Brushes : Check the motor brushes periodically and replace them if worn to prevent damage to the armature.
