Usage
:User Instructions :
- Preparation : Ensure the vibrator unit is securely connected to a stable 220V power source.
- Immersion : Switch the unit ON and gently lower the 50mm needle head vertically into the wet concrete
- Vibration : Allow the needle to vibrate the concrete until the surface becomes smooth and air bubbles stop rising. Do not hold it in one spot for too long (over-vibration).
- Extraction : Slowly and steadily withdraw the needle from the concrete, ensuring the hole closes naturally behind it.
- Pattern : Repeat the process in a systematic pattern, ensuring the "radius of action" of the previous insertion overlaps the new one.
Maintenance :
- Cleaning : After each use, thoroughly clean any wet concrete from the vibrating needle and the motor housing. Use water and a stiff brush, but never submerge the motor unit.
- Inspection : Regularly check the vibrating needle for any cracks, kinks, or excessive wear on the hose.
- Power Cord : Inspect the power cord and plug for damage before and after use to ensure electrical safety.
- Lubrication : Consult the user manual for specific lubrication requirements, particularly for the flexible shaft/needle connection point.
