Usage
:User Instructions :
- Safety First : Always wear appropriate PPE (safety glasses, steel-toe boots, gloves, and ear protection).
- Setup : Install a suitable 500mm diamond blade securely. Ensure the machine is connected to the correct industrial power supply.
- Water : Fill the 30L tank with clean water and open the valve to ensure flow to the blade guard.
- Positioning : Align the pointer with your cutting line.
- Starting : Ensure the blade is raised clear of the floor. Start the electric motor.
- Cutting : Slowly lower the blade to the desired depth using the crank handle. Push the machine forward steadily; do not force it.
- Stopping : Raise the blade completely out of the cut before turning off the motor.
Maintenance :
- Cleaning : Wash down the machine after every use to remove concrete slurry, paying close attention to the blade guard and water nozzles to prevent clogging.
- Electrical Check : Regularly inspect the power cord and plug for cuts or damage. Ensure all electrical connections are secure.
- Lubrication : Periodically grease the depth adjustment screw shaft and wheel bearings for smooth operation.
- Blade Inspection : Check the diamond blade for cracks, warped segments, or excessive wear before each use. Replace damaged blades immediately.
