Usage
:- Locate the belt adjustment bolts at the back of the treadmill after unplugging it.
- Spray in the center for two to three seconds after inserting the applicator tube between the deck and the belt from the side.
- To evenly disperse lubrication, run the treadmill at a slow speed for one to two minutes.
- Repeat every 30 to 50 hours of use or every three months to remove excess from the deck surface.
- Before folding a treadmill, make sure the belt is fully extended.
