Usage
:- First Setup: Remove the barrel from the head. Lock the T-handle in place by pulling it back.
- Loading: Either manually fill the barrel with bulk grease or insert a normal grease cartridge.
- Reattach the head to the barrel to complete the assembly. To put spring pressure on the grease, release the T-handle lock.
- Priming: Press the air bleeder valve while pumping the lever until grease comes out of the nozzle, or slightly loosen the head by one turn.
- Greasing: Make sure your machine's grease zerk (fitting) is clean. Securely snap the coupler onto the fitting.
- Pumping: Until the joint is sufficiently lubricated, move the lever handle in full, steady strokes.
- Cleanup: Tilt the coupler gently to release it. After cleaning the discharge tip, store it somewhere dry.
