Usage

User Instructions :

Safety Prep : Always wear heavy-duty gloves, safety goggles, ear protection, and a high-quality dust mask. Ensure the work area is clear.
Blade Setup : Unplug the tool. Install desired number of blades and adjust spacers to achieve the required groove width. Tighten flanges securely.
Depth Adjustment : Set the depth gauge to your required cutting depth (up to 47mm).
Alignment : Mark your cutting line on the wall. Turn on the laser guide to align the tool with your mark.
Operation : Hold the machine firmly with both hands. Turn it on and let it reach full speed. Slowly plunge the blades into the wall, then push the machine forward steadily along the guided line.
Finishing : Once the groove is cut, release the trigger, wait for the blades to stop completely, and remove from the wall.

Maintenance :

Dust Removal : This is critical. After every use, use compressed air to blow heavy dust out of motor vents, switches, and the blade guard area to prevent overheating and failure.
Blade Care : Inspect diamond blades regularly for wear. Replace dull or damaged blades immediately to avoid straining the 5800W motor.
Check Fasteners : Due to high vibration, regularly check that all nuts, bolts, and blade flange screws are tight before use.
Carbon Brushes : Periodically inspect motor carbon brushes and replace them if worn down to maintain motor performance.
Lubrication : Keep moving parts, such as depth adjustment mechanisms, lightly lubricated to ensure smooth operation.
