The Kisan KSSWP-500T is a heavy-duty 5HP Submersible Sewage Pump engineered to handle the toughest wastewater transfer and drainage challenges. Equipped with a powerful 3.7 kW oil-filled induction motor operating on a reliable 380V three-phase supply, this pump delivers an impressive maximum flow rate of up to 850 LPM and can push fluid up to a maximum head height of 22 meters.
At the core of its design is a specialized cast iron, non-clog vortex type impeller that smoothly processes suspended solids up to 35 mm in diameter without clogging or stalling. Constructed from premium cast iron with a robust stainless steel shaft, the pump body is built to survive harsh, corrosive environments. It features an advanced IP68 ingress protection rating and Class F insulation, allowing it to remain permanently submerged.

Usage
:- Always ensure the pump is completely submerged in liquid before starting to prevent dry running and motor overheating.
- Ensure electrical connections align perfectly with the specified 380V–415V Three-Phase power source and use appropriate control panels.
- Verify that the maximum size of suspended debris in the pit does not exceed the rated 35 mm solid handling capacity.
- Do not use the pump to handle liquids that exceed the maximum operating temperature threshold of 40°C.
- Use the integrated lifting handle or structural chain to lower or raise the pump; never pull or suspend the unit using its 10-meter power cable.
Maintenance
:- Regular Inspection: Visually check the outer cast iron body for structural wear, scaling, or damage periodically.
- Cable Check: Routinely inspect the 10-meter power cable for cracks, cuts, or insulation degradation to avoid electrical faults.
- Impeller Clearing: Periodically clear any stringy material or rags that may wrap around the vortex impeller to maintain optimal RPM and flow.
- Oil Chamber Service: Check and replace the internal motor cooling oil as per scheduled operating hours to prevent friction inside the motor.
- Seal Inspection: Monitor the double mechanical seals during regular overhauls to ensure no water has breached the oil chamber.
