Description
The Toshweld ARC 200 is a heavy-duty, incredibly dependable inverter welding equipment designed to give demanding construction sites and metal fabrication workshops industrial-grade strength. This machine, which is powered by a multi-card MOSFET Inverter System that has been proved in the field, produces a very sensitive and smooth arc with excellent duty cycle performance. With a strong 6kVA capacity and a normal single-phase 230V AC line, it can easily handle welding electrodes ranging from 2.0mm to 3.2mm. With a clear digital ammeter and a wide variable output range of 10 to 200 Amps, it produces sharp, high-penetration welds on sheet metal and plates with thicknesses ranging from 2.0 to 6.0 mm.

Usage
:- Before turning on the power switch, make sure your single-phase 230V AC socket satisfies the machine's power input requirements.
- Twist the earth clamp lead securely clockwise into the negative (-) socket and firmly insert the electrode holder lead into the positive (+) quick-connect terminal.
- To select your desired output current based on the diameter of the welding rod and the thickness of the material, turn the dial on the front control potentiometer.
- Directly attach the grounding clamp to a spot on the metal work piece that is free of layers of paint, grease, and rust.
- To enable continuous heat extraction during the welding operation, keep the rear cooling fan clearance unobstructed.
