Usage
:User Instructions :
1. Oil Check : Before the first start, fill the engine with the recommended 4-stroke engine oil (usually 10W30 or 20W40).
2. Fuel Up : Fill the tank with fresh petrol. Ensure the fuel valve is ON.
3. Connect Battery : Connect the Red (+) and Black (-) wires to the battery terminals.
4. Start :
- Cold Start: Close the Choke lever. Turn the key to "START". Once the engine fires, move the Choke lever to "OPEN/RUN".
- Warm Start: Leave Choke open and turn the key.
5. Connect Load : Allow the engine to stabilize for 1 minute before plugging in your appliances.
Maintenance :
- Oil Change : Change the engine oil after the first 20 hours (break-in period), and then every 50-100 running hours.
- Battery Care : If not using the generator for a long time, disconnect the battery or start the generator once a week to keep it charged.
- Fuel Management : Do not leave old petrol in the tank for more than 3 months. Use a fuel stabilizer or drain the carb if storing long-term.
- Air Filter : Clean the foam air filter every 50 hours to ensure smooth airflow and fuel efficiency.
