Usage
:- Before connection, make sure the controller and motor of your 72V electric vehicle are compatible.
- Securely connect the battery pack to the power system using SB50 connectors (match male/female ends).
- Use a 72V CC/CV Li-ion charger to charge it at 5–10A in a dry, cool place until it is fully charged, which usually takes 4–6 hours.
- During initial operation, keep an eye on the BMS status LED for temperature, fault indicators, and balanced cells.
- For 1000+ cycle life, avoid routinely discharging below 20% capacity.
- If not in use for weeks, store at 50–60% charge in a temperature range of 0–25°C.
- Every month, check the epoxy case and connectors for looseness or damage.
