Usage
:User Instructions :
1. Preparation : Ensure the water tank (if applicable) is full to cool the blade and suppress dust. Check engine oil and fuel levels.
2. Blade Check : Verify the diamond blade is securely tightened and free of cracks.
3. Starting : Turn the engine switch to "ON," open the fuel valve, engage the choke, and pull the starter cord firmly.
4. Cutting : Align the pointer guide with your cut line. Rev the engine to full throttle (3600 RPM).
5. Lowering : Slowly lower the blade into the surface using the adjustment handle/wheel. Do not force it; let the weight of the machine do the work.
6. Operation : Push the machine forward at a steady pace, keeping the guide aligned with your markings.
Maintenance :
- Engine Care : Change the engine oil regularly as per the Honda GX200 manual (usually after the first 20 hours, then every 100 hours).
- Air Filter : Clean the air filter frequently, especially in dusty construction environments, to prevent engine damage.
- Blade Inspection : Inspect the cutting blade daily for missing diamond segments or warping. Replace immediately if damaged.
- Belt Tension : Check the drive belt tension weekly. A loose belt causes slippage and reduces cutting power.
- Lubrication : Grease the blade shaft bearings and wheel axles periodically to ensure smooth operation.
