Description
With a huge 7.5 kW of peak output, the Xtra output XP 7500 is the flagship high-capacity model in the petrol generator lineup. This device, which is specifically constructed as an industrial vibrator engine, is made to supply the high torque and steady power needed for heavy-duty construction equipment. It has an integrated AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) to provide a clean, steady current and a handy Electric Key Start (powered by an external 12V battery) for simple starting. The XP 7500 is designed for optimum durability on demanding job sites where power failure is not an option. It is housed in a reinforced extra-large steel roll cage.
Features
:- High-Output Performance: With a maximum output of 7.5 kW, it can power many heavy-duty equipment at once.
- Electric Self-Start System: Designed to reduce operator fatigue on busy sites, this system has a key ignition for quick and simple beginning.
- A specially optimized vibrator engine is made to withstand the high vibration levels and unpredictable loads that are common in concrete construction.
- Dual Monitoring System: Includes an engine oil warning light to avoid harm from low lubrication and an analog voltmeter for tracking voltage.
- Premium Power Protection: Protects linked equipment against surges and frequency drops with an AVR and heavy-duty circuit breaker.
- Dual high-amperage AC outlets and a dedicated 12V DC connection for low-voltage tools or battery charging provide versatile connectivity.
Applications
:- Powering massive concrete vibrators, industrial mixers, and high-wattage pavement breakers are examples of heavy construction.
- Industrial Backup: Providing large workshops, warehouses, and small factories with their main emergency power supply.
- Running several high-intensity lighting rigs, sound stages, and food service equipment are examples of large-scale events.
- Agriculture and irrigation: powering electric farming equipment and powerful submersible pumps.
- Infrastructure projects: supplying heavy-duty drilling rigs and welding machines with portable power in remote locations.
Usage
:- Positioning: Place the generator away from combustible objects on a level surface. When utilizing heavy gear, make sure the grounding post is connected correctly.
- To begin, insert the key and select "Start." Use the choke lever next to the air filter if the engine is cold.
- Warm-up: To guarantee steady voltage delivery, let the engine run for two minutes before turning on the circuit breaker.
- Oil Management: A low-oil shutdown is a feature of this unit. Before working for an entire day, always check the dipstick.
- Storage: To stop fuel deterioration in the carburetor, turn the fuel valve to "OFF" when the unit is not in use.
