Achieve bubble free dense concrete with the powerful Turtle Gold 860 W Electric Vibrator. Featuring a 35 mm poker head, this lightweight tool is designed for efficient, consistent consolidation on small to medium construction sites. Its ergonomic design ensures ease of handling and reliable performance for high quality finishes.
Features
:- Powerful 860W Motor : High performance for rapid and effective concrete consolidation.
- 35 mm Vibrating Head : Ideal diameter for working with slabs, columns, and beams on typical projects.
- Lightweight and Portable : Designed for easy maneuverability and reduced operator fatigue.
- High Vibration Frequency : Ensures the removal of trapped air and water for maximum concrete strength.
- Durable Housing : Built with rugged materials to withstand tough construction environments.
Applications
:- Slab Casting : Consolidating concrete in floor and roof slabs.
- Columns and Beams : Ensuring dense, honeycombing-free concrete in vertical and horizontal structural elements.
- Foundations : Compacting concrete in footings and foundation walls.
- Precast Elements : Achieving high-quality surface finish and strength in precast molds.
- Retaining Walls : Used for uniform consolidation of concrete pours.
Usage
:User Instructions :
- Preparation : Connect the power source and securely attach the flexible shaft and the 35mm vibrating poker head to the motor unit.
- Immersion : Switch the unit ON and slowly immerse the running vibrator head vertically into the freshly poured concrete.
- Vibration : Hold the vibrator in the concrete until air bubbles stop rising to the surface (typically 5 to 15 seconds).
- Extraction : Slowly withdraw the vibrator head to ensure the hole closes up cleanly.
- Pattern : Vibrate concrete in a systematic, overlapping grid pattern (about 450-750 mm spacing) for uniform consolidation. Do not drag the vibrator through the concrete horizontally.
Maintenance :
- Clean After Use : Immediately clean all concrete residue from the vibrating head and flexible shaft. Hardened concrete can damage the unit.
- Motor Inspection : Check the motor ventilation holes regularly and keep them free of dust and debris to prevent overheating.
- Shaft Lubrication : Periodically check and lubricate the flexible shaft as recommended by the manufacturer (usually grease at the end connections).
- Carbon Brushes : Monitor the motor's carbon brushes and replace them before they are fully worn to prevent motor damage.
- Storage : Store the vibrator in a dry, safe place. Do not bend the flexible shaft sharply during storage.
