Usage

 :
User Instructions :

1. Preparation

  • Read the manual : Always start by reading the user manual for specific safety and operational instructions.
  • Check the power source : Ensure you have a stable 230V power supply and use a heavy-duty extension cord if needed.
  • Inspect the equipment : Check the vibrator needle, power cord, and shaft for any damage before use.

2. Safety Gear

  • Wear safety goggles, ear protection, dust mask, and gloves.
  • Use steel-toe boots and long sleeves to protect from concrete splashes.
3. Starting the Vibration

  • Plug in the concrete vibrator.
  • Switch the machine ON and let it reach full vibration speed.
  • Hold the machine firmly with both hands.

4. Using the Vibrator

  • Insert the vibrating needle vertically into the freshly poured concrete.
  • Hold the needle steady for about 10-15 seconds or until air bubbles stop appearing.
  • Slowly withdraw the needle vertically to avoid leaving holes or voids.
  • Move along the entire pour area in overlapping sections to ensure consistent compaction.
  • Avoid letting the needle touch the formwork or the bottom excessively to prevent damage.

5. After Use

  • Turn OFF and unplug the machine.
  • Clean the needle and shaft with water and a brush to remove concrete residue.
  • Inspect the needle for wear or damage before storing.
Maintenance :

Daily Maintenance (Before & After Use)

  • Visual Inspection : Check the power cord, plug, and vibrator needle for any signs of damage or wear.
  • Clean the Vibrator : Remove concrete residue from the needle, shaft, and motor housing after each use. Use water and a brush but avoid soaking the motor.
  • Check Connections : Ensure the power cord and connections are secure and intact.
  • Blade/Needle Condition : Inspect the vibrator needle for bends, cracks, or excessive wear; replace if damaged.
Weekly Maintenance

  • Motor Cooling Vents : Clear dust and debris from air vents to prevent overheating.
  • Shaft Flexibility : Check the flexible shaft for cracks or stiffness; replace if it’s damaged.
  • Lubrication : Apply light lubrication to any moving joints if specified in the manual (usually on shaft joints).
Monthly or Periodic Maintenance

  • Brush Inspection : If accessible, inspect the motor brushes and replace them when worn down (usually if less than 5 mm).
  • Electrical Checks : Have a qualified technician check the internal wiring and switch for wear or damage.
  • Tighten Bolts : Ensure all bolts, screws, and clamps are tight and secure.
