Usage
:User Instructions :
1. Safety First
- Wear safety goggles, gloves, ear protection, and a dust mask.
- Ensure your work area is clean, dry, and well-ventilated.
- Check the tool and cord for any damage before use.
2. Prepare the Grinder
- Attach the correct grinding or cutting wheel securely to the M10 arbor.
- Use the spindle lock button to keep the wheel steady while tightening the flange nut.
- Attach the side handle for better control and grip.
3. Power On
- Plug the grinder into a 230V power outlet.
- Hold the grinder firmly with both hands — one on the main handle and the other on the side handle.
- Press the paddle switch to start the grinder.
4. Grinding or Cutting
- Let the grinder reach full speed (up to 12,000 RPM) before making contact with the workpiece.
- Apply steady, moderate pressure—do not force the grinder.
- Move the grinder smoothly over the surface or along the cutting line.
5. Finishing Up
- Release the paddle switch to stop the grinder.
- Wait until the wheel completely stops spinning before setting the tool down.
- Unplug the grinder when finished or before changing wheels.
