This Hot bar sealer has heated tooling kept at a constant temperature (also known as Direct Contact Thermal Sealing). They use one or more heated bars, brass or dies which contact the material to heat the interface and form a bond. The bars, brass and dies have various configurations and can be covered with a release layer or utilize various slick inter poser materials (i.e. Teflon films) to prevent sticking to the hot tooling.

Usage

Preparation : Ensure that the materials to be sealed are clean and dry.
Heating : The hot bar is needed to be heated (approx. - 2-5 mins) according the type of plastic being used.
Temperature Setting : Then we need to set the tool to a specific temperature suitable for the type of plastic bag
Sealing : Place the edges of the plastic film or pouch between the heated bars of the sealer. When pressure is applied, the heat melts the plastic at the edges, creating a strong seal.
Cooling : After a brief period, release the pressure and allow the seal to cool down, solidifying the bond.

Maintenance :

Regular Cleaning : Ensure the sealing bars are free from any residue or debris after each use. Wipe down the sealing area with a soft cloth to prevent buildup that could affect sealing quality.
Power Supply Check : Ensure that the power cord is intact and securely plugged into a working outlet.
Temperature Settings : Adjust temperature settings to find the lowest effective heat for sealing materials without compromising seal integrity.
