Usage
:- Setup: Place the fryer on a stable, heat-resistant surface and ensure proper ventilation for the gas connections (if using gas).
- Fill with Oil: Fill each 8L tank with the appropriate frying oil (ensure it doesn’t exceed the maximum fill line).
- Turn On Power/Gas:
- For electric operation, plug in and set the desired temperature using the temperature control dial.
- For gas operation, ignite the burner using the ignition system and adjust the gas flow to the desired temperature.
- Preheat: Allow the fryer to preheat for a few minutes until the desired temperature is reached.
- Add Food: Lower the food items into the baskets (one per tank) carefully. Use the baskets to avoid oil splashes.
- Monitor: Fry the food until golden and crispy. Keep an eye on the oil temperature and adjust as needed.
- Remove and Drain: Use the baskets to remove fried food and drain excess oil.
- Turn Off: After use, turn off the heating elements (or gas) and let the fryer cool down before cleaning.
