Usage
:User Instructions :
1. Power Requirements : Important: Due to the 8800W rating, ensure you are connected to a high-amperage circuit breaker or a heavy-duty generator capable of sustaining this load.
2. Water Connection : Connect a water hose to the integrated water feed. Never run this saw dry, as the friction at 9500 RPM will destroy the diamond chain instantly.
3. Check Tension : Ensure the chain is properly tensioned (slightly loose but not sagging) to allow for expansion as it heats up.
4. Start Up : Hold the saw firmly with both hands. Trigger the motor and let it reach full RPM away from the wall.
5. Plunge Cut : Introduce the nose of the bar into the wall at a slight angle to start the groove, then straighten out to plunge full depth.
6. Operation : Apply steady, even pressure. Let the torque of the motor do the work; do not force or twist the bar in the cut.
Maintenance :
- Daily Cleaning : Concrete slurry is abrasive. Wash the chain, bar, and drive sprocket thoroughly with water after every single use to prevent seizing.
- Chain Tensioning : Diamond chains stretch during use. Check tension every 10–15 minutes of cutting and adjust as necessary.
- Bar Maintenance : Inspect the guide bar rails for burrs or uneven wear. Flip the bar regularly to extend its service life.
- Sprocket Inspection : The drive sprocket transfers massive torque. If the teeth look worn or hooked, replace the sprocket immediately to save your chain.
- Motor Care : Regularly blow out the motor vents with compressed air to keep the 8800W motor cool and dust-free.
