Usage

Maintenance & Usage Tips :

Battery Care :
  • Use recommended Ingco 20 V batteries.
  • Do not over-discharge the battery often — recharge before it’s fully drained.
  • Store batteries in a cool, dry place when not in use.

Clean the Tool :
  • Wipe the body and vent areas to clear out dust and debris.
  • Ensure the square drive (anvil) is clean so sockets fit properly and don’t slip.

Inspect Sockets :
  • Use proper ½″ impact-rated sockets.
  • Regularly check for cracks / wear in sockets — worn sockets can slip or damage fasteners.

Use Correct Speed / Impact Mode :
  • Start with a lower speed / impact setting when dealing with small bolts or delicate jobs.
  • For heavy bolts, switch to a higher setting for speed but don’t overuse — overheating can happen.

Safety :
  • Always wear safety glasses, gloves, and ear protection when using an impact wrench.
  • Use the built-in LED light to improve visibility — helps prevent mistakes.
  • Avoid “trigger-hold for very long”: impacts happen in quick bursts; continuous use can strain both tool and fastener.

Storage :
  • Store in a case (if provided) to protect the tool, especially the anvil.
  • Avoid exposure to moisture — keep the tool and batteries dry.
