Usage
:User Instructions :
- Safety Gear : Always wear hearing protection, safety goggles, gloves, and steel-toe boots.
- Insert Tool : Pull back the retainer bar on the 30mm Hex chuck, insert the chisel (pointed or flat), and lock the retainer back in place.
- Positioning : Place the tool tip against the work surface before pulling the trigger. Do not trigger the tool in the air (dry firing).
- Operation : Grip both handles firmly. Press the trigger to start. Apply moderate pressure—let the weight of the machine do the work. Do not lean with your full body weight.
- Continuous Mode : Use the "Lock Speed Button" for long-duration breaking to reduce finger fatigue.
Maintenance :
- Lubrication : The oil reservoir should be checked and topped up regularly with the manufacturer-recommended grease/oil to prevent gear damage.
- Carbon Brushes : Inspect carbon brushes periodically. If worn down, they should be replaced by a certified technician to prevent motor failure.
- Clean Vents : Use compressed air to blow dust out of the air vents after every use to prevent motor overheating.
