Usage
:- Correct Controller Matching: Connect only to a compatible 3-phase BLDC motor controller rated for at least 1200W with a current limit of 30A to 45A.
- Voltage Selection: Configure your battery pack to either 48V (optimized for torque and battery efficiency) or 60V (optimized for maximum top-end speed).
- Phase Wire Alignment: Match the thick blue, green, and yellow phase wires from the motor to the corresponding terminals on your controller; swap any two if the motor spins in reverse.
- Hall Sensor Connection: Plug the 5-pin Hall sensor harness directly into the controller to ensure smooth, stutter-free starting torque from a complete standstill.
- Axle Torque Washers: Always install the included anti-rotation torque washers inside the frame dropouts to prevent the high-torque axle from spinning and tearing the wiring harness.
- Tire Maintenance: Mount a standard 10-inch tubeless or tube-type pneumatic tire onto the rim and maintain the manufacturer's recommended PSI to balance grip and motor efficiency.
Maintenance
